Do you offer airport transfers?+
Yes. Private transfers in a chauffeured Mercedes or Rolls-Royce can be arranged when you book your stay, or up to two hours before arrival. For guests in a particular hurry, our helipad is operational from 07:00 to 22:00, with a twelve-minute flight from the international airport. Both services can be charged to your suite.
How far is the airport?+
Approximately thirty-five minutes by private car along the coastal road in normal conditions, or fifty-five minutes if your driver takes the scenic inland route through the vineyards (we recommend this on arrival days when there is no hurry). By helicopter from the resort helipad, the journey is twelve minutes door-to-door.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen days before arrival. Cancellations within fourteen days are charged the first night; no-shows are charged the full stay. Suites and villas booked under our Best Available Rate may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We always recommend travel insurance.
Is the casino open 24/7?+
Our main gaming floor operates from 14:00 to 04:00 daily. Private salons for high-stakes play can be opened earlier or kept open later by arrangement with your host — overnight private play is not unusual on the weekends. Membership cards are not required for table play; chips can be purchased and cashed at the cage during all open hours.

Opalorchidlodge opened in 1998 as one villa on a quiet bay, and expanded only when we knew growth would not dilute what made it special. Now, 28 years later, we host 140 rooms and suites, two kitchens, and two gaming rooms, while still declining more demand than we accept.
To us, luxury is not marble or gold leaf. It is the second coffee arriving without asking, the driver who remembers your name, and the table kept an hour past closing because the conversation continued. We recruit for that instinct, and we keep the people who live it.
Most guests return, and that is our full strategy. We would rather see 68 percent of a smaller number come back each year than pursue a bigger number that never returns.

Two private casino salons, three gaming lounges, and a service team trained at the finest houses in Europe. From baccarat to roulette, every table is hosted by a dealer who has worked our floor for at least five years. Discretion is not a perk here. It is the floor.
